Still can't claim starbirth emblem
I received an email saying that I was rewarded with the emblem however I still can claim it, I tried following all the steps other players posted, like go to partners reward but nothing. Please help

same here I've tried multiple times to get it I think it something with there systems cause I can't claim previous rewards either.
