Battle pass is purchased but can't get rewards
I have seasons pass purchased but cannot receive the paid items, what's going on?

Howdy, On console (PS4) I had to close the game, turn off the console and relounch it all. Problem solved :) Chears !

2 RepliesI JUST FIGURED IT OUT, YOU HAVE TO DO THE FIRST KETCHCRASH MISSION FIRST THEN VISIT THE STAR CHART IN THE HELM THE YOU CAN CLAIM IT

PC player. Purchased the Witch Queen Deluxe Edition via Steam which has season passes up through season 19, but I'm not able to claim seasonal items from the season pass. It tells me that a season pass is required.

Same problem here, was able to claim the first weapon but nothing afterwards, clearly shows on screen that season pass is active but as I hover over item it says "Requires season pass".

Not sure if this is for everyone, but you can't claim the energy reward until you progress farther in the seasonal questline. I could claim the energy once I did a single run of the seasonal activity.

Got this issue as well, it says to me and probably others that their season pass are active but if we hover on the Pass item is says "Requires Season Pass"
