Issues Claiming Starbirth Emblem
I am unable to claim the starbirth emblem, from bungies side it says I’ve linked all my accounts but on twitch’s side it says connection required, is it due to not being able to claim yet or something else? Are other people having this issue?

Same here. I set up a Twitch account specifically for this activity and emblem. I've never used Twitch prior. It was an effort. Now, after this crap, I'll never Twitch again. A promotion that was sponsored to increase Twitch use results in the complete opposite. No support anywhere and no recourse. A complete waste.

2 RepliesI'm also not able to claim mine. I was unaware there was a time period of having to claim it to start. Absolutely nothing was said about a limited time claim. But their twab states issues and even with reading their statement, I can see the notification saying that I earned the emblem, but when I press on my claim page, nothing shows up. (Sad noises)

Well as per usual bungie screw up once more. I had the same issue with the last drop where i couldn't claim and its only with bungie that i have this issue every other game i claim drops for has no problems its just bungie. They need their web team fixing it and maybe give the game a break until they get other web related problems fixed.

I'm also missing mine. I have my accounts linked and had them linked well ahead of time, I watched the entire stream, and still have the notification that I earned the emblem up on Twitch (Proof: [url]https://i.imgur.com/dt8CgyU.png[/url]). I've got nothing though. Clicking refresh on Twitch partner rewards does nothing, and I checked to see if it's unlocked in-game and it's not.

same issue, watched the stream, attempted to redeem through twitch and in game, nothing and not showing. Now I'm also having issues with prime gaming drops not appearing in game. Hoping it gets covered off in the TWAB

1 ReplyI'm relieved to see I'm not the only one having this issue. I have tried refreshing the "partner rewards" in my bungie account. It says under twitch rewards, that I have the emblem unlocked - but can't claim it due to an error on the page. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

2 RepliesTo claim the new emblem from twitch stream go to the redeem codes page in your bungie account section and then then click on partner rewards it’s two tabs over to right and hit refresh. The emblem pops up below so just hit claim. You might get a error but emblem will show up in games collection page..

There won't be an resolution to this there never is we will be told that we didn't meet the requirements or something to that effect. I tried all night to claim it after work, I just have no faith anymore. They preach unity inclusion and support for the community and we get issues like this I don't get a strong sense that they really care.

@everyone still trying to claim the emblem, dutchwolfs suggestion actually worked. it was still giving me error messages when hitting claim but I restarted destiny 2 and I had the emblem.

I can’t claim any of my Twitch prime drops. It’s like months worth of drops because I took a break from the game. If Bungie doesn’t give me my -blam!- I’ll be taking an even longer break. Damn they always -blam!- something up.
