Im impressed, I see a ton of buffs on stuff that desperately need it and a couple of nerfs to stuff that have been an annoyance lately. Im looking forward to these changes. Anyone caught the addition of origin perks being added to the bungie 30th anniversary weapons? That one has me hyped, what more can the bxr get?

1 ReplyI'm done complimenting Bungie until they fix melees so they register consistently.
-
73 RepliesImpressed? Minimum effort impresses you? It's like Bungie do the bare minimum and you all immediately forget about everything else. Don't call that TWAB a win. Especially for PvP. It's not enough.
-
2 RepliesI'm not impressed, because Bungie only makes adjustments when they feel like it, not when it's actually needed. You guys have been conditioned to accept the minimal effort put into Destiny, and Bungie only takes action when it's a benefit to them. Bungie's moto is to create the problem and sell the "solution" later down the line and most of you have taken the bait with pride.

Idk. Impressed is a strong word. Like Anarchy. They nerfed it 30% against bosses, now it is getting a 10% buff against Majors and up. So am I suppose to pat them on the back for slightly reverting a change they purposely made? Or what about the fact that Jade Rabbit is not just the most used Crucible weapon, but it went from no one using it to Crucible needing the name changed to Jade Rabbit Fights. As for the Mods, they actually did good. People were sick and tired of having to use double primaries. Yes you could have used Tracerifle overload, and Glaive unstoppable but tracerifle wasn't practical and if you are running a glaive in a GM then please never answer my LFG posts. Or sidearms LOL, whatchu gone do, run up to 40 enemies and a champion just so you can get in sidearm range? Obvious Overload Bow, Anti-Barrier Sniper and Unstoppable Shotgun was being asked for and craved and Bungie delivered. Still letting me have the opportunity to pick off Anti-Barriers with my Scout Rifle I am literally attached to. Then the Arc mods. Omg Tuesday come faster. But the rest of the TWAB is stupid decisions or fixing stupid decisions.

Yes they were really cool pictures this time.

2 RepliesThey nerfed my one favorite gun 😭😭😭😭 no man’s……..uh……no no dead man’s tale. God there’s so many weird names for these guns
-
Be interesting to try trench barrel on acrius. It’s already really top notch and with arc 3.0 and trench…. Dude we’re finally FINALLY gonna have it be the king or next to it. Collectives changes feel nice too, guns complete dog water right now so making it useable will be sweet
-
They need to leave dead man’s tale alone. Weapon is weird and convoluted now. My favorite gun in this game btw.
-
1 ReplyOne thing I wonder, if they are able to do that to DMT, lowering the damage from the weapon, why not give Last Word adjustment? I feel that it would have been a better alternative than nerfing the overall range of the gun.

Not enough hunter nerfs

12 RepliesThe fact that you are impressed by a few buffs/nerfs here and there proves that we are getting used to the usual mediocrity coming from TWABs tbh XD. This kind of thing is normal in other games. Even in d1 it was pretty common. In d2 they take YEARS to even realize that some weapons/armors are too strong/underpowered
-
Things might sound exciting, but the only really good thing is le monarque overload.
-
12 RepliesI still fail to see how Collective Obligation will be anything other than a curio covered in dust in my vault. But Le Monarque is going to be a straight up must have.

Edited by Gibbon, the Ape Defector: 8/12/2022 7:55:17 PMTo all the people against this twab, recognize that your dislike of the game makes things that are good for those of us who like the game look bad or no good from your perspective. Empathy, people.

1 ReplyInvader tracker should not have been removed

1 Reply? Stop praising ZERO work. This twab is as light as a tiny mid season sandbox update. You can just tell that their priorities are completely shifted these days. D2 is on the backburner. This was not a sandbox preview for a new season at all, it is a small hotfix worth. They probably shifted most of their resources towards their money milking mobile game thats coming soon.

Why are you praising them essentially sunsetting your dares loot lol?

1 ReplyWould be better if they dealt with the 1hk abuse meta.

14 RepliesEverybody ready for Malfeasance Lucky Pants in GMs? I’m looking forward to it.

5 RepliesNow they just need to increase sniper damage in pve

4 RepliesEdited by Sturm with no Drang: 8/11/2022 8:25:53 PMWe got it boys! Wishender is finally Anti-barrier.
Oh, And Acrius got Trench Barrel. That’s cool too, I guess.
I don’t understand why they felt the need to nerf cranial spike on DMT. It’s hip fire ability is meh as it is. I’m not sure about anyone else but I prefer to ADS with it because it has the best scout rifle sights in the game for peripherals
