What Online Multiplayer Games Have You Been Playing?
How healthy is the playerbase, too?
Can't think of any mp games that are actually doing phenomenally or good right now. Gaming is pretty dead.

Not usually a big fan of MOBAs or MMOs, but Elder Scrolls Online and SMITE are great, I've been playing those a lot.

1 ReplyMetroid Prime Hunters for Nintendo DS. I juat recently found out that you can still play it online on a custom server since Nintendo shut down their servers. It's still so much fun, even though there are only a handful of active players.

For the PVP'ers, the various DZ brackets have a solid base of long time players and a steady influx of newer ones as well. PVE players can always find a helping hand by sending out a call for assistance on free roam and matchmaking for the new Countdown mode has never taken longer than 3 minutes to get a group of randoms together when I've played.

I gave up online multiplayer for the most part a year and a half ago. After 12 1/2 years of it, I just don't need to re-reprove myself online anymore. It just became a monotonous, unfun grind in it's own right.

Been playing a little known looter-shooter called Destiny 2, where the ethics involved in making you pay for both expansions and story updates is really dumb compared to games of similar structure but they make you pay for just an expansion. The multiplayer modes are alright if you want to spend hours on end being stomped on by Twitch streamers with rocket-firing toasters and sword that hit you from half a continent away, which is to say it isn’t, at all. If you want to play a fun game instead of sheep simulator 2, find something other than Destiny.
