Piercing sidearm mod missing?

i had piercing sidearm unlocked and equipped, now it is greyed out and i can't use it, do i unlock it again or wait for it to fix itself? thanks for any assistance

It’s currently disabled due to a bug that allowed you to shoot through titan barricades and bubbles.
