Warlock bug - (No Light/ Abilities/ Sprint) - Username: Zackrin - Steam
Username: Zackrin#5516 - My friends guardian has no abilities or light after returning to the game. His other characters at the same quest states have theirs. There is not a quest anywhere for him to continue playing or unlock powers.
Anyone have any suggestions or known solution?

I got my void power back. I used the workaround of changing my subclass through the Destiny app, but void wasn't showing. I played without it, and completed the "new light" quest etc. I don't know exactly why or when it happened, but my void powers are back.

I had the same issue with my warlock, and the only work-around I could think of was going in the Destiny Companion app and switching the subclass through there. In the app, the Void subclass isn't even available, but the other two are, same as in game after I switched. [url]https://imgur.com/a/EzgWNhZ[/url]

I haven’t played in a long time and decided to play again but I also don’t have sprint/second jump/melee/grenades/super ability. I don’t see the “a new light” mission on my map anywhere or in my quest. I had my brother start a new warlock class to see if I can join him, I tried to join through my friends list and through party invites but had no luck. I was about to delete and restart my warlock class because I thought I did something wrong but I’m glad I didn’t now that I see this post. Hopefully there’s a solution soon.

1 ReplyEdited by Petruslol: 3/24/2022 9:20:56 AMI'm currently at work for the next few hours so I can't test out a theory I came up with but if anyone else wants to try out my idea: Download the Destiny 2 Companion App on your phone, and try to switch your Warlocks subclass through it so it's marked as active. Then see in-game if you can access the subclasses menu.

I am having the same problem, just connected my accounts through Steam. My hunter and other characters display their abilities/power choices at top left of character screen. My warlock character doesnt show any power up top left to choose from.

Same here, unfortunately I couldn't find any solution so far either. Haven't played since 2019 so coming back to an obscure bug like this on my main is a real bummer.

Im having the same issue, glad its not just me but also anoyed that its a thing. hopefully theres a fix to this as i dont wanna lose the character

I just tried visiting Ikora and bought some powers off her, then did a meditation and it seemed to learn some of them, but I still have no subclass or powers. Weirdly though, I activated a void power just once after this while fighting an enemy. Haven't been able to do it again.

Same exact issue as shown in the screenshot. Really hope we don't have to delete our warlocks and start over.

Same here, it only happened on warlock. Haven’t play for very long time and just come back. Any fit yet?
