Low FPS on fullscreen, normal on windowed mode??
Yesterday I had to Widows Reset my pc and today I finished reinstalling all my programs. However, once I entered Destiny, while all my settings are the same, the FPS is inexplicably abismal while windowed mode is normal. I tested other games and it's the same situation. I went to see if anything needed updating but nothing. What happened??
