Allow us to upgrade Revoker/MT/Recluse/LH/NF to 1340 until Witch Queen or 2022
Without any additional nerfs.
On New Years Day or Witch Queen's launch, you can revoke them back to 1100.
We are just killing time anyways, might as well give us our power fix for the holidays.
