Ive been able to get past rewards but the most recent claim isnt showing up at amanda. yes I logged out and back in again.

  • UPDATE: So the delivery came through when I claimed the pack from this month. I checked Amanda and it had both this one and the last one so all is good in the world.

  • Count me in as well. November worked fine, December I claimed but couldn't pick up. Relinking does nothing.

    • It's strange that after several days and many posts and replies to posts, there's still not a peep from Bungie saying something like, "Oh yeah, something is broken. We're looking into it." You'd think they'd want to reassure people that they're aware of the issue and working on a resolution.

    • I unlinked and relinked Yesterday per prime gaming instructions and i was able to get the rewards .

        • Add me to the list. Got last months, just fine. Now I am only speculating because this was the last thing I did, but I redeemed the Prime rewards, but before I went to Amanda, I baked a cookie for her. I am wondering if the cookie prompt broke my previous rewards. But if I check the redemption page via the website, I don't see this months activity.

        • Similar story here. Just got off chat help with Prime Gaming and they did everything they could to help refresh and relink accounts, even claiming it a second time with a new link. Still nothing appearing at Amanda. Upvoted.

          • Same, i reconnected the accounts and the items doesn't appear with Amanda, i re logged 2 or 3 times and nothing changed. ;(

            • identical problem, I have always redeemed previously and always received packages. But this December nothing, I redeemed it but I did not receive anything in game

            • Same issue, claimed on Amazon, but not visible under redeemed on Bungie & nothing to get from Amanda. November package received without any problems.

            • Prime Gaming will tell us that the rewards were already claimed on their end and that once they are claimed we won't be able to again. But due to the account linking error our Bungie accounts doesn't even have this loot bundle drop showing up our rewards history page even after re-linking accounts. It seems that we've lost this one team. Let's hope Bungie or Amazon sorts it out, if not we will just have to say goodbye to that free loot and wait for the next bundle drop.

            • Same issue as everyone else. I've claimed numerous prime drops and had no issues claiming this one, until I go to Amanda and she has nothing for me. Log out, back in, tried on all 3 characters, nothing. As a side note I was able to claim my bungie bounty from 2 gifted subs on Twitch while I was dealing with this, so my account is clearly properly linked. Would be great if Bungie could address this and provide a solution!!

            • I also am having the same issues as everyone else. At the core of the issue is the Twitch security breach. All previous linked accounts were unlinked and advised users to re-link all accounts back in early November. I followed Amazon's instructions after resetting my Twitch password and re-established all links. Despite taking all recommended actions, I cannot receive claimed items from Prime Gaming.

            • I'm having the exact same issue. Claimed and received November's drop without issue. Claimed December's drop, Amazon shows claimed, no rewards at Amanda and no entry on my Bungie rewards history. Would like to hear from a bungie rep considering the volume of issues. Its a poor design to tell us we need to re-link accounts AFTER claiming, when there isnt a re-claim option. If the account linking was the issue, why not force users to re-link.

              • Cant claim my prime rewards either. on map it shows that amanda has something for me but when i go to her to claim it nothing is there besides what she normally has.
