I'm having an identical issue to the OP and I was able to consistently reproduce a battleeye error on a second account that I believe might be related to my ban several days. But I've already submitted an appeal, and I get the impression sending another appeal would be seen as harassment and discarded even if it did offer new evidence in support of an appeal. Do you know any other ways to reach out to support without sending in multiple appeals?

I don't think you can. I sent multiple appeals simple because I received some advice here. Each appeal was rejected almost exactly around a week after they were submitted. I'm almost certain a bit has auto declined them as each one was rejected around the same in the day they were posted. I genuinely don't think anyone even looked.

I would but the last thing i want is to be seen as avoiding the ban. I feel it would effect their decision on my appeal a good idea though!

It’s not technically avoiding their ban. People can start new accounts over again if it’s a false ban and the original wasn’t overturned
