My friend get banned without reason
Hi, my friend got banned without reason when he isn t playing. He do the form to contest the ban but Bungie response with the bot and without giving the exactly explanation of the ban.
How Could It Be possible that a person that have Just spent 2 days before Money for the new dlc can be banned without any answer. I understand there Is a lot of people banned but this kind of thing needs human hands. My friend now Is quitting the game and waste near 100 € because he can't Ask a reimbursement.
Please bungie Just check in the right way the band because not all people are cheater

3 Replies1. These forums can not help anyone appeal a ban. 2. While we can not help with a appeal we can try and help identify the reason BUT it has to be that individual not "my friend". 3. It is not a Bungie bot. All appeals are handled by Bungie staff and the responses are just generic.
