Still can't claim Share A Glass VOG Sherpa Emblem, How do I get my posts notice by BungieHelp?
***Edit 2: I was just able to claim mine @11am pst 9/9, I would try again if you haven't yet!
**Edit: They replied to this post, and said in the TWAB it'd be fixed today, as of 1:15pm pst 9/7, it's not, I can't claim it still and I can see plenty of posts by other people that they can't either :/
I've already posted about this when I finished my 10th and 11th sherpa's back on thursday, and I posted on twitter, I don't know how to get someone from Bungie support to notice these. And while I know a season just dropped so there's reports abound right now, I just want to be able to claim the emblem I worked really hard in my small amount of free time to get. I've repasted my first post below, but tldr, I can't claim the emblem on bungie rewards or in game anywhere, and the reward says NOTHING about having to do it within a single season.
"I just finished my 11th sherpa, and I can't claim the emblem in my rewards on the rewards bungie site, and there's no where in game to claim it either. The reward doesn't mention anything about having to do the carries in one season so I'm really confused and frustrated as to why I can't get the emblem since I don't have a lot of free time to do another 8 sherpa's."

2 RepliesDoes anybody know if Bungie has said any more on this bugged emblem? I fulfilled the requirements for this today (9/9), but when I went to claim it found I was not able to. All I can find is people pointing to the TWAB where they acknowledged the bug and said it would be resolved on the 7th.

Yeah I've been at 10 for a while and still can't claim it. Just did my 11th and 12th this past week and still nothing.

Yup same here, shows 10 sherpas in game and on raid report but will not let me claim it on the website

I'm sitting around 20 sherpas on my main, claimed the emblem, and it still hasn't shown up. It would be nice if there were some actually competent coders within Bungo.

This also happened to a couple of us in our clan. We have the tracker for 10 sherpas, raid report shows 10 as well, but we do not have the option to claim it via the bungie rewards. :(

I'm having the same issue. I finally got up to 11 carries and can't claim it on the website. I upvoted as well. Hopefully bungie will mention something this week cause I really want to show off my emblem.

Same issue here... Just completed my 10th sherpa a couple hours ago. (9 last season, 1 this season) Was really excited to earn this emblem as I was happy to Sherpa people through the Raid. Hopefully there is a fix soon.

If you don't have time to do full carries, just do boss

It's the weekend. No one here right now has access to the game's codebase. Everyone has to wait until Monday for anything like a hotfix to get started.

You are right. There is no mention of it to be done in one Season, but it seems to be glitched as such.
