Almost every single fireteam post requires you to know what to do. How about try teaching some fellow guardians.

Fake it till you make it. Watch a video. Get clued up and join. Unless the fireteam lead specifically checks raid stats, then just blag it lol.

4 Repliesblame Bungie for making the high level content grind too long. I don't do VoG carries because I don't want to see a newbie get Vex on his 1st run for the millionth time before I do. I don't want to teach GM's because I haven't gotten my god rolls yet and I want to do as many as I can, as quickly as I can. If Bungie didn't make it so every activity took 100 runs to get what you want, I and many others would gladly carry and teach a lot more of this game.
-
What if they dont want to teach? Never understood why people got upset about what others are looking for in an lfg post. Its their post. They should ask for exactly what they are looking for. Nobody is forcing you to join them. Make your own lfg.
-
10 RepliesJust lie , it's what I did . And I got my GM done

Edited by Redacted: 8/11/2021 9:42:19 AMJoin a Sherpa community or find a post with no experience requirements. Some people have a limited amount of time to play and want experienced players so they can knock out a clear quickly. You are not entitled to another person’s time, and are free to make your own LFG post if you don’t like or don’t meet the requirements for another person’s post.
-
2 RepliesKWTD is fine, it’s the KWTD or kick posts that I find funny mainly do to most people who post these lfg’s are people who don’ KWTD and are looking to be carried.
-
I hate how I can't be a doctor because they won't hire me because I don't Kwtd.
-
2 RepliesIt's not our responsibility. I'm trying to get shit done quickly so I can go on with my day, not teach. There's tons of sherpas available, message them.
-
Then make your own post.
-
If I want to teach, I’ll put teaching or I’ll leave out kwtd. I’m not opposed to helping people out, but if it’s my post, I’ll set the requirements. Otherwise, I’m just looking for a quick run.
-
I fine with KWTD but toxic LFG are worse
-
Fake it till you make it.
-
You can make your own post and make it for people learning instead of being toxic. Not everyone has hours to spend teaching.
-
know where to dookie.
-
You can always make your own post asking if someone can teach you through. Or you can just watch a video then you kwtd and then thank them for your first clear
-
Sometimes u cant be bothered to teach ppl, i just want to do the raid lol.
-
Two suggestions: 1) Learn wtd 2) Ask a group if they’re willing to teach you/Start a group requesting a teaching run
-
Not their job to accommodate you
-
No ones obligated to carry people Read a guide, find a streamer doing raid raffles, do any of that shit

Edited by nonchalantone: 8/10/2021 1:26:14 AMI got 99 problems....but "KWTD" ain't one. It's just a game, lighten up bro. Don't let it get to you. If you got paid to play it, or it affected you or loved ones negatively, then I could understand. Don't let it get to you fellow guardian. Or, just do what most do and uh....*ahem*....LIE.........

9 RepliesI tend to agree but after 2 hours trying to teach VoG, the easiest raid ever in D2 and seeing it fall apart, I'm posting KWTD to finish. Teaching is a random thing. Some are teachable, others total morons. KWTD means "I don't have time to teach" for me anyway. No toxicity intended, just desire a quick clear normally or trying to finish...
-
Coming from someone who used to Sherpa in D1, they don’t owe you anything. The vast majority of them aren’t toxic, they just want a quick run and don’t have time to teach that run. Try to private message them and ask if it’s okay you join if you don’t know the raid. Some will say it’s okay, some won’t. But a lot will offer to take you through it some other time.
-
2 Replies
Sick of seeing, 'KWTD' in every post.
Create your own -blam!-ing LFG post. You can set whatever requirements you want. You control the experience. I've never understood these complaints. Avoiding these types of groups is super easy. Whining like this is how og Gjallarhorn got nerfed.
-
WTH? What do you offer to them? You except people wasting time, but what are you offering them? You also may watch some 10min video on Youtube, and then you know what to do. Holy cow the people nowadays!
-
I’d much rather join a “Beginners Welcome” raid than a KWTD. KWTD tells me a bunch of blaming players who’ll be quick to say it’s you who sucks rather than own up to their own lack. Granted there are the super players, the master race, olympic level. I stay in the slow lane.
-
1 Replymake your own post, post your requirements. at this stage of Raids player tend to not want to be teaching as they are hunting god rolls as they want to spend less time in the raids. being a Sherpa myself, there's times when i dont want to teach, and just get god rolls. so lastly, those player have every right to post KWTD. just move along or post a " Need Help with Raid" aka NHWR.
