I apologize in advance for my broken English - it is not my native language.
I can't play with my friends for 2 months. 2 months have passed since my ban in Destiny 2. I tried to challenge this ban 3 times and I always get the same answer: Upon initial review, your appeal is denied, and your restriction will be maintained.
I have not received any warnings of illegal actions on my part.
With support - there is no way to contact in principle. from such hopelessness I create a topic - perhaps the game support will see.
There were no obvious reasons for the ban. I play poorly in pvp, I hardly play osiris and I am not a cheater (I hate cheaters and throw them a ban in every match). Abusive behavior is not about me. A possible reason for the ban is that the program, ArtMoney, was not turned off during the game session. Before playing Destiny, I used it in single player and forgot to turn it off. I could not even imagine that ArtMoney is on the list of prohibited programs for Destiny 2. ArtMoney cannot hack online multiplayer games, I thought EVERYONE knew this, but no matter how I explain it, the support doesn't care.( read the first question in artmoney website)
I spent 1518 hours on this wonderful game and in one moment I lost everything. I have a question to support the game - what an idiot you need to be, so that in 2021, on your only account, to hack an online game with a 10-year-old program designed for single games?
Apparently in the opinion of the bungee support - idiot like me.
I did not use this program while playing Destiny2, but apparently it scanned open processes - and the anti-cheat bungie considered it as breaking game code.
As for the dislike of cheaters and the use of such a this program, I will answer this way: if you play alone, you are free to do whatever you want with the game, you can put mods that break the mechanics or economics, you can give yourself money at the start of the game. This is with regard to singles, but as soon as it comes to cheating in multiplayers or online games when someone interferes with another person to have fun, or interferes with his game, it is disgusting and such people should be banned.
In Destiny 2, let's be honest - the cheaters have remained and have not gone anywhere. And because of the free osiris - every week there are new players breaking pvp, whom you all met.
However, I was banned for not turning off a program that does not interfere with the game and was not intended for this.

A CHEAT program does not have to work to get banned. Having a active CHEAT program active and interacting with the D2 game code is enough.
