Blaze coughs, and tries to send an electric shock through his body and into the vine creature. “Why…does that mean…pink bubbles?!”

The lightning coursed down the creature’s arm, frying the bark, causing it to drop you. Its arm fell limp, as it ran towards you, launching a flurry if punches with its other arm. The bubbles slowly pooled together, creating a single larger bubble that floated above SAYU’s hand. There was some sort of dark green liquid that filled the bubble about halfway up. “Those are my [bubbles]! I got the [poison] out!”

“A-ah…got it.” Blaze rolls to the side slashes back with his claws.

As you swing with your claws, you wind up accidentally catching the final punch, leaving the two of you in a lock as your hand pushes against its.

Blaze tries to twist its arm off, and beat the creature with it.

The arm comes off, and with a few deft swings the creature collapses to the ground. However, then the arm began squirming around in your hamd, and the vines began crawling up your arm.

Blaze tries to shock it and slam it against the ground.

As the lightning courses through it, the vines take the form of an arm, with sparks jumping between the fingertips. You smack it around for a bit, but it doesn’t seem to be coming off. The palm pointed at you, the lightning becoming more intense. It seems it was about to fire it at your face!

Blaze thries to throw the arm away.

You swing it around, but it doesn’t come off. You do manage to throw off its aim, however, and it starts firing off a stream of lightning that starts flying about the room randomly.

“Ah!” Blaze has many shadow claws appear, abs start tearing at the arm.

At first the vines didn’t break, continuing to fire off lightning in every direction. Then there was a chip in the bark. Slowly, but surely, the arm began to get torn apart, and eventually fell to the ground. None of the vines moved. It sees the store was clear for now.

Blaze lets out a sigh of releif. “My goodness….”

“Don’t worry, I will dispose of the [poison], following all the proper safety procedures!” SAYU said, swishing the bubble of poison around.

Blaze nods. “….thanks.”

[spoiler]Don’t forget to have Blaze do whatever he came here to do.[/spoiler] “You’re welcome! Disposing of hazardous materials is important for every store!”

“Mhm…” Blaze looks for the hidden passageway.

You head towards the tunnels, which seems to be where the vines are pouring out from. Sure enough, as you walk through, you can barely see the traces of the mechanical wall, all covered by a thick layer of bark. As you get closer, you notice not all of the vines look normal, though. Several of them seem to have taken on a more fleshy texture, and were glowing bright blue. Eventually you reach the chamber with the altar, and you see several cultists gathered around it. Defiantly standing up on top of it, you can see Aaron, his skin turned metal. One of the cultists fires a bolt of light from his gun, and he’s sent flying back, crashing into the floor, though he pulls himself back up. He looks tired, but not exceptionally wounded. They don’t seem to have noticed you yet.

Blaze tries to have his shadows snatch away the cultists weapons, and toss them behind him.

You manage to grab one of their guns, but any other shadows you summon are quickly cut down by some frezhly drawn light blades. When you throw it, it only goes about halfway across the room, leaving the rifle on the ground between you. The cultist you disarmed makes a dash for the gun, sword drawn, while the other two give him some cover fire. The final one keeps his gun locked on Aaron.

Blaze runs around, trying to dodge the fire, and tries to use shadows to knock over the one with his weapon trained.

You dodge the bullets, but the opening gave the cultist running for you time to retrieve his weapon, and it having been idle for so long left it already charged. Your shadows manage to trip the one aiming for Aaron, and drop his gun. Aaron takes a few weak steps foward, and stomps on the weapon, snapping it in half, before swinging his foot into the cultist’s head, knocking him out. Rather than come over and help you, though, he falls down, sitting himself against the altar. Seems he’s taken quite a beating. The cultist who had just recovered his weapon fires a light spear towards you, while the other two slide closer to the walls, where vines grow out and give them some cover.

Blaze tries to roll away from the spear, and throws lightening at the shooter.
