NTTE Ornament after the Patch

After the patch, I still cannot equip the ornament. What am I missing here? Will it matter that I didn't use is whole last season? please give me a hint. 😢😢😢

Allo there, It was meant to be fixed but unfortunately a bug with it means it's still broken. Bungie are currently investigating this issue.
