My Lavendar Ribbon Cookies quest won't finish.
I baked the cookies for Dawning, and then I gave them to Saint-14, but the quest never finished. I checked and saw that I was stuck at 82%, for some reason or another. I baked other items, and then tried again, to no avail. I don't know why it's doing this. Please help, I'm losing my mind.

That incomplete step is for Dawning Spirit generated by the community as a whole. You've already given Saint-14 his cookie so you finished the part that you have to do yourself—the rest is up to all players to earn enough Dawning Spirit to reach 100%. This last step requires a very large number, so it's going to take quite a few days.

Just like the previous 4 steps before it, we also need to finish the “community” portion of the quest. It’s not just deliver one cookie (which you progress shows as complete for that part).
