Light Reforged quest step bugged
In Light Reforged quest, Sharpened step (Elimination and 350 valor)
DIM and Braytech report that the valor has -999,614/350 (at the time of taking the screenshots linked)
While getting valor does affect the value, it's obviously going to be impossible to finish that quest now.
Abandoning and grabbing the quest again does not fix it.
This seems to also be the case with Quid Pro Quo quest, Worth Your While step
