We need an emote wheel

be happy with what you have now, some of us waited the whole entirety of d1 and part of d2 for emotes to be mapped to the d pad.

2 Replies4 is more than enough. 1 for a dance. 1 for waiting. 1 for a multiplayer emote. 1 to disrespect peasants in the crucible.

Out of all the things this game needs, that’s pretty low on the list.

Take it off the d-pad put it on the R3 stick and there you go. Had this idea in destiny 1. You know what I got told by the community. Your idiot. No I don’t want that. Why do that when it’s quicker to hit the d-pad. Why trim the d-pad into a quick select for gear. An it went on and on till I said something that made a ninja or moderator mad and violated the stupid CoC got temp banned and the post and comments got erased. Because when you get temp banned or banned bungie erases all existence of you from the forums.

If not an emote wheel, maybe a double click to engage a secondary emote for 8 total emotes?

First thing to do is working on their chat to have channels that work better than current one Put recruiting chat (LFG) in the game, we shouldn't leave the game to use LFG app Put region chat for those like me who want to have a chat shenanigan Must I say warframe does the chat right?

There's like 2k of more important things this game needs before that one. It would be nice to have, though.

Even easier would be to map an additional slot to a double press of the D-pad arrow. Then we could have eight slots! You could get crazy and also map them to ‘up-right’ or something for even more! The only UI changes would be adding the extra slots and maps to the interface. [spoiler]Sorry, all out of salt.[/spoiler]

No bad idea reason being lets say you're in pvp match and you accidentally hit the dead directional to proc the emote wheel no instead of moving or looking your stuck in an emote wheel need a fast button for emote its not a main feature its a side feature that shouldn't really hinder gamelan and for that reason alone I dont think its a good idea

1 ReplyThey could double it without just by adding more slots and giving them the new input method stuff. Example longpress on D-pad to use additional emotes. Without needing to add entirely new assets to the game to make wheel UI's, they could double everyone's emotes on all platforms.
