Suggestion from a Crucible virgin.
I recently learned of what I have to do to get the Bastion quest(Kill 25 Guardians in Crucible), and I have to say one thing. For Main storylines of new expansions, it would be better if there was an option between Pve and Pvp content for completion. Because many people including myself don't want the difficulty of playing against flesh and blood. And there are people who prefer to compete against others instead of endlessly killing lines of code, so it kills two birds with one stone. That is what I think should be implemented. And thank you for your time.

I completely understand I’m doing it now and I’m frustrated at the fact that I have to break my neck getting 25 super kills as a “hunter” completely DIDNT want to do it but the game isn’t fun and there isn’t anything else out that’s actually good so it’s just suffering the gaming industry really took a dive

Every quest including old ones, and including pve only options should have pve and pvp paths EXCEPT ritual weapons, old pinnacle weapons, and raid loot.

Bungie knows that if they want pve players to go into their busted crube, it must be part of a quest. If they offered both options, matchmaking for pvp would suffer because all of the pve players seeking quest items would disappear

It’s a 1st person shooter (FPS) and mmo not a lil game to just shoot bots . People complain either way and everyone is different . I understand people don’t like pvp but this game combines it gambit which just sucks in my eyes. I like crucible it’s fun running with friends even if I have a bad night or two what the hell .

Kills are as easy as hitting someone with a Scorch Cannon, and no one cares about KD in that game mode. As someone who avoided all PvP prior to this season, it's how I got that quest step done.

Agreed: this should be for all quests and bounties of this nature. I prefer PvP (such as it is) to doing any PvE, so I just don't even do the PvE quests and bounties anymore: if it isn't doable in Crucible, I don't do it at all.

You're probably overthinking the difficulty of it, getting kills is much easier than it seems. Just steer clear of competitive and you might even [i]have fun[/i]. The Bastion is more of a PvP focused weapon (Well, for now at least) so it kinda makes sense that it demands playing some PvP. Now, if you're grinding for weapons that are good in PvE that require grinding competitive and [i]actually winning a lot of matches[/i], ie the not-so-broken-anymore recluse, then you'll see how bad Crucible really is. If you're a Warlock use the void middle tree, [i]abuse[/i] the charged grenade up close. Downside is that it's your only good ability in that tree. Nova Warp is completely useless but that tree's [i]real[/i] super activates by holding the grenade button. Bonus points if you have the Contraverse Hold gloves for resistance and spammability. It's broken. It works. As for Hunter, no idea honestly, and as for Titan, whatever you want will probably work. Good luck going through the worst part of the game

Usually its just assists or kills, which is even easier. You are missing out on a bunch of the game. Do you want PVP tips?

Well, I’m definitely not a “virgin” to hearing this suggestion. 😂 If a Warlock: Switch to Void class, Nova bombs are sure win kills If a Hunter : Blade Barrage are guaranteed kills If Titan : Sentinal Shield , smash close range enemies and throw a shield to long distance enemies before they are able to gun you down.
