A few workarounds:
• Try fast-traveling to the same zone
• Walk away from the Obelisk, return to it and try again
• Head to an alternate area (fast travel to another LZ, or sparrow to the lost sector) and return
These don't fix 100% of the time, but multiple attempts will yield success. I had to reload ~5 times to have the prompt return for interaction.
The team is investigating the issue. Once we have a fix planned, we'll let you know.

Took me 6 fast travwls then I walked to the round standing position on the edge 9f the inside of the obelisk and it gave me the prompt.

Dont do any of this. Set your clock back. It's how you circumnavigate all of Bungie's BS in this game anyway.

TEST servers would be a great thing .. also I have done reset all linked obelisks and you can go to the EDZ and activate it that has worked for me in the past but its a pain in the butt

That's funny because the modders can and do fix bethesdas bugs because they are so incompetent.

Nah. I’ve only ever played Fallout 2 and 4. I didn’t really like them. I hate the Skyrim controls.

Set your clock back 10 mins on your console then start the game up and you should be good to go. That has worked for 100% of the people that I know that has done this. Once its active you can set your clock back to normal.

This worked for me, nothing else did after about 20 minutes of trying to diddle spawns.

You can't do that on Xbone. I'm tired of hearing that solution to everything. Xbone sets itself. It isn't lost in the past like PS4.

That's unfortunate, but PS4 sets itself too via internet, you just have the option of a manual change. No need to insert the silly denigration.
