If Eve was made from Adam's rib wouldn't that mean Eve was originally a man who later transitioned into a woman? The first ever woman was trans.

Lilith predated Eve and was made separate from Adam not from a part of his body, so no the first woman was not trans. And, I'm pretty sure the Eve creation myth would be closer to cloning than transgenderism.
