yea they are pretty broken, but its the mask, thats it, its literally the only exotic titans know how to use

Well it outclasses every other exotic in the game on any class for PvP. It takes passives from multiple trees and classes and combines them into one tool for a class that doesn't have them. It's a catch all that doesn't change how people play. Its dare I say, a crutch...
