I know there are a lot of replies to this, but I wanted to give my thoughts on the Luna/Not Forgotten nerf. Personally i think the RPM change is fine as long as the gun still handles the way it does now. However I don't think the Magnificent Howl change makes much sense. Luna's is designed as a precision hand cannon, so why adjust the perk so that after hitting the head twice you then have to adjust your aim to hit the body? You mentioned that it was to prevent 2tap kills but how exactly prevalent is that? For someone to manage to do that seems a very situational honestly (though I don't know what kind of statistics you're looking at). The Howl nerf also ruins how effective it can be in PVE (which is where I mainly play). I think the bigger issue, that some have mentioned, is the problem with 150 hand cannons in regards to bloom. The Luna/Not Forgotten issue is only really on console (from the PC players I've talked to while NF is still top tier in PVP, Luna's isn't, being outclassed by things like Ace) because of the bloom on these other guns. Maybe it'd be a good idea to focus on that issue, see how it effects things, and then adjust Luna's/NF if they still dominate things. And this was a thought I had earlier, but maybe Luna's and Not Forgotten would be better as exotic weapons. The damage they can dish out can match and sometimes outclass other exotics so such a change would mean people would lose out on another exotic weapon they might usually run with the legendary versions of these guns. Or perhaps the adjustment to Howl could just be it increases the damage on the next shot, regardless of where it hits, and then the perk ends until its proc'd again. Regardless, I hope you can wade through the annoying yelling to find the actual constructive comments and suggestions on this. Have a nice day.
