Dreaming city lore book question
How exactly does one go about obtaining these lore pieces? I've been told that it's random from activites in Dreaming city, but I've done idk how many Blind wells, public events, and lost sectors and in the entire time Forsaken has been out, I've only ever obtained 1 piece and that was forever ago, to the piont where I don't remember how I got it. Is the drop chance really low? Or is my RNG just trash?

So the final two pieces of lore dropped from tier 1s in blind well. Both times I came into the well and 1 person was just doing a tier 1.
