Dreaming city lore book
Just wondering how exactly one obtains the entries for this. I've been told that it's random from activites in Dteaming city, but I've done idk how many PE's, lost sectors, and blind wells and have only ever obtained 1 and that was forever ago . Is the drop chance stupidly low? Or is my RNG just awful?
