A small to mid size clan - around 50 members or so. Large enough that there will be enough people to work together and help each other, but small enough that people aren't getting lost in the shuffle or the grind. In my past experience oversized clans function more as a machine than a clan. Edit 1: Our clan roster is at 42; however 13 of these members are not on our discord server, so we are recruiting new members but you have to join the discord server to be in the clan. Casual to casual serious players - ultimately it's just a game so there's no need for elitists or toxic people. On the other hand, I want people that can crack down to get difficult stuff done when needed. I've found in my history that it's easier to complete difficult stuff if there's no yelling and stressing because of having someone getting pissed at mistakes. Mistakes are good for progression, as long as you learn from them. The clan must have an active discord. Discord has been an excellent tool and has great resources for clan organization. I know it pretty well. Members won't be required to use discord if they absolutely don't want to; however, it will be harder to communicate with the members without this amazing tool. Edit 2: Initially I tried allowing discord to be optional; however it was proving hard for people on the server to find people to help them when half the guild was off the server. No age restrictions. If someone can be mature then there's no reason they should get left out simply because we haven't revolved around the sun an arbitrary number times. Immaturity, overly-annoying, and toxic are traits that can describe any person regardless of their age. For the record I'm in my 20's. I just think it's toxic to not let people in based on their age regardless of how they act in regards to what I mentioned. With that being said, we are currently recruiting 11 slots.
