The subreakers literally went out of their way to go outside the city and destroy amything that dare threaten it. Toland was a fanatic and a scitzo but he at least tried to understand the enemy. Erianna-3 literally sought out guardians to kill Crota because he killed Erianna's lesbian lover, who by the way, set a standard for all titans. Former Hunter vangaurd killed by Taniks. Cayde got shived in a prison riot. Ana Bray and Eris are badass, so I will give em that. Dregen Yor turned to the darkside and killed people. Pahanin was a cephalopod fanatic who ended up a psychotic maniac. (Tho to be fair here, literally praedyth was the only smart one of those 3) Tevis as cool and skilled as he was got too close to a vex gate and got himself killed. The lore of destiny proves it is not one class that is better than the other, but one that is more reliable and more dedicated to a cause. Titans want to protect the city, Warlocks want to understand what threatens the city, and Hunters want to be far from the city as possible.
