Strict Nat Problem EU

Hello everybody! (EU) Everytime i start Destiny 2 and launch my character i get the massage: Network Problem: Your home network is configured with a " Strict NAT". This will degrade your gameplay experience. Visit help.bungie.net/nat for advice on NAT settings. I can see other players but matchmaking etc is a pain i the ass. It feels like the servers are empty at all. i can count the players around me on my hand. I already tried the helpsite but nothing changes with port forwarding. I think my router and provider is the problem. Firewall is fine i think. I also wrote a ticket to my provider to solve the issue. I am not really sure whats blocking it. I never had similiar problems wiht other games. It´s the first time i got problems with NAT. Maybe bungie is causing this?? I hope anybody had or has the same issue and can help me out. I really don´t know whats not working here. I am not an expert with networkissues but i can follow instrustions xD
