Twice over the last couple of days I've seen opponents have Super charged when to my knowledge, there is no possible way enough time had elapsed.
Last night, I joined a game in progress and after I had been in for a minute or so, someone else joined. The game contiunes for a minute and we are on top and then the next thing I know, the person that joined after me had popped their Super. I was still on less than half charge! I use Super charging armour mods and had killed several people.
Had teh same thing in Doubles. We were dominating and the oppponents only had 1 or 2 kills. Suddenly, BAM! They have popped Super and we are still on half charge!
How is this possible please?

Well the other day I tethered a striker Titan in his super. He got around the corner and out of tether and popped it again straight away. This has happened me a few times. A warlock was tethered the other day and still threw a nova bomb...? I’m done questioning this game, I just accept it’s broken and get on with it.

Probably levelling up. That would fully charge your super.

2 RepliesRegarding Doubles, a Player received a good chunk of Super energy every time their partner was killed. So if you dominate a team, they get their Super faster to fight back. In regular Gameplay, it probably depends on the amount of kills a particular Player does. Also, Masterworks can produce Orbs of Light in Crucible, helping to charge the Super. It might have been a combination of all of these.

2 RepliesNot sure anymore since they stripped so much from D1 to make D2. During the days of D1 , if a person was in the process of leveling their character, & entered the crucible. If they obtain one kill , which was enough to level up they would get their super. Not sure if it still works that way, but if it does, then thats what you might be seeing.

1 ReplyIn doubles if you're close to your teammate your abilities charge faster.

1 ReplyIf they have Masterworks weapons and armor it's very easy to pull in tons of orbs and recharge your super in 1/4 the time as it's normally done.
