18 RepliesPeople dont get that the Raid lair is set in the Leviathan EATER OF WORLDS and they even say it will take place where the worlds are being eaten. That means we dont know if we are still fighting cabal. Also they said NEW weapons NEW gear and NEW encounters. I swear people hate on this game just to hate it.

Unless there is a significant change of scenery in the Leviathan with this raid “lairs” .... were gonna have a major problem. It’ll get old realllllllllllly fast seeing the same color palette for that long.

17 RepliesThe only time we got 2 raids close together was VoG and Crota. After that it was a year between each raid. Idk why so many people EXPECTED a new raid with a small DLC. I think people are setting themselves up for disappointment on purpose because they enjoy being bitter. 🙄

19 RepliesGuys guys guys. I'm seriously sick and tired of reading negativity in this thread. Listen to me closely, PALS. You have 10 months of a wait. You hear me? TEN. Only ten months. Not big deal. Even my mother told me its not big deal. What can you do for the next 10 months? Simple. Very simple. One, you can stand in the tower. Its a very cool activity i'd imagine 100% of the playerbase does. Two, you can replay the strikes, they're wonderfully rewarding, challenging and innovative. Have i mentioned how rewarding D2 strikes were? Lemme tell you, guardians, they're rewarding, incredibly rewarding. Later night, i even touch myself thinking of all the rewards i've gotten from playing Strikes, guardians. Three, you can do 4v4 pvp with the same weapons, playing against the same [i]weapon[/i] for the next year. By doing so, you will be ready for the next Raid. You will become pro. You will crush the next raid because you did one year of pvp with your Mida. Remember, everything is alright. Everything is fine. Its all good. Only 10 months, guardians. Only 10 months. Only 10. Just 10, guys. 10 months 10 10 10 10 10 10 10... please be with me :'(

6 guardians with new encounters, gear ,puzzles, cosmetics, weapons and final boss umm yea sounds kinda like a new raid to me.. just because its on the leviathon doesnt mean the atmosphere cant change remember the vex can teleport and use time gates. My guess the leviathon is eating nessus now and devouring it when we enter the huge door it will be vex themed.

5 RepliesThe raid lair looks to be, for all intents and purposes, a new raid just slightly smaller and taking place in a different section of the Leviathan ship. It's still rooms we haven't seen before, challenges we haven't faced, puzzles we haven't solved, and a boss we haven't killed. Not sure why it taking place on the Leviathan ship breaks the deal for people

I'll reserve judgement until I see what these 2 raid lairs consist of. 1 main raid and 2 mini raids are FAR AND AWAY better than 1 raid per year like it was in year 2 and 3 of D1. The salt in these forums is ridiculous.
