Its a Joke right?
Who can you turn to if you want to challenge a restriction or restriction?
There is no way to complain about or get rid of account restrictions or locks. Permanent account locks will be imposed only after rigorous checking to ensure that no innocent people are punished. Bungie will neither comment nor discuss individual account restrictions or locks.
I hope thats a huge joke.
