Much respect to the pvp players who...
Despite the meta take their NLB, ghost bullet filled HC's, use side arms, Don't use clever dragons or matadors. You guys are awesome. Keep fighting that meta your own way. So much more satisfaction in every kill. To those who are all about the meta do not feel insulted, that is not the intent of my post.
Edit--- I have really enjoyed this thread. Finaly something positive and chill. Thank you guys.

Trespasser is amazing too. Accuracy and range are best by far for sidearms and it has an insanely good unique perk. Each weapon type has its "matador".... Pulse- Clever Dragon or Grasp Auto- Doctrine Scout- Mida or Talok Handcannon- Eyasluna, palindrome, TLW Sidearm- Trespasser or Iron Wreath D Fusion- Saladin's Vigil or Plan C Sniper- NLB Shotgun- Matador

I've used a few Dragons . Some supposed God rolls. Takes so damn long to kill anyone (for me) Back to Palindrome and bang bang . Dragon user goes down

2 RepliesMost of the time, I use a scout rifle and a fusion rifle. Not to "fight the meta", but because those are the guns I enjoy using (coming from someone who loves DMR type weapons and charge-weapons from other FPSs). If they were terrible, I would still use them. If they were the most OP weapons and were frowned upon by the entire world, I would still use them. Much respect to the people who use whatever they want regardless of someone else's opinion.

Nlb is my main. But i run a shotty with it. I figure it balances out the sweaty that is matador.

I play PvE, but when I do sometimes do PvP, I find Sidearms to be the best secondary. Spawns with ammo, can pretty consistently kill shotguners (unless they are already in the zone for shotguns), and sure it can't snipe but being a sidearm, I usually use QuickDraw to finish someone off if I ran out of ammo. All in all, why aren't people complaining about sidearms more than anything. I love using sidearms in PvP.

1 Replyi mainly use handcannons and snipers previously autos aswell until they got nerfed and matadors everywhere. got a few godroll matadors kept them but don't really use them unless i jump into supremacy and sidearms and fusions are so fun to use against warriors. sometimes half meta when using fusion or sidearm i do pair it with clever dragon although mine doesn't have high cal. still prefer sniping hoping to improve more with the nerfs and shotguns around
