BUFF OUTBREAK PRIME!
Anyone else w outbreak prime think that it should get a buff in the PvE environment? I've been using it and it just doesn't seem that all the time I used to get it was worth the while. Just seems a bit weak (nanite swarms at least) in my opinion.

I agree. I fed mine into my imago loop because i felt it was too weak in pve as well. However, it totally shreds in pvp and would be crazy op with any kind of buff that affected both pve and pvp. Maybe just the swarms do 50% more damage only against ai would be ideal.
