Exotics decrypting at current lv or below.
Today I had 4 Exotics and 7 legendaries all decrypt either at 355 (current light) or below. What the hell? This is why I've not been able to Raid yet! Now, I'm wondering if it's because I got those yellows and purples playing the 320 Siva Crisis list vice the heroic or nightfall list. Does anyone have any idea, or has RNGeezus forsaken my guardian's existence? I know I'm not the only one with this issue since I see multitudes of these posts (sorry for adding to it). Anyone have any idea about this?

check the light level of your currently equipped pieces. The way it works is you might be level 355 with a 357 primary but a 350 ghost. If you decrypt any exotic or legendary primary engrams they will not go over the 357 Mark. It's weird but I was running into this issue until I realized one piece can really hold you back

Once you reach 350, engrams only have a 50% chance to decrypt at a higher Light level than your current LL.
