2 RepliesAwesome man! My two sons, 8 and 15, play Destiny with me all the time, in fact the first time any of us ever went flawless in trials it was the 3 of us playing together. It was awesome! We jumped around the room like lunatics haha.

32 RepliesWhy so much hate on this guy? Sounds like he has a good bond with his kid. His gaming has nothing to do with his parenting. You know nothing about him or his parenting skills. Looks to me like his son loves his dad and is involved in his dads life. I have a 7 year old myself. Super smart kid. Already reading on a 3rd grade level. He's going places. My son plays games too and likes to watch me play destiny. Is he there for the majority of my game time? No. I'm a responsible and loving parent. My son is usually in bed by 8:30 or 9 even during the summer. I have a game room in my house. I have a space for myself with a TV for gaming. I have a space for my wife with a TV for gaming (yes I have a gamer wife. She plays ffxiv and Zelda and lots of RPGs. She is playing dark souls 3 ATM) I also have a space with a TV for my son to play games and watch TV. We spend time as a family in the game room. We play Wii games and board games and watch movies. That's not all we do though. My son is very into piano and getting quite good and he just started playing soccer. He doesn't play games all the time and I don't let games raise my son. For the most part my son is in bed asleep when I am doing the bulk of my gaming on destiny or any other game. There is no reason to put down a man you know nothing about. You don't know him you don't know his habbits and you sure as hell don't know anything about his patenting capabilities. He just wanted to share what his son had done for him to show his dad how awesome he thinks he is. Thanks for sharing OP!

3 RepliesNice man. My 2 yr old(going on 3 in a month) loves to play with me. I bought him a leap frog controller from the thrift store so he has his own special controller to "play" destiny with me. Also a little before bed we usually watch a mr. Fruit video for laughs.

Lol great second tag man. Seems like you and your son have a great bond. Glad to see it. I personally have a great relationship with my father. So I think I understand your son making this. He is just proud of every achievement you do, just as I am with my dad. I hope you two stay close as me and my father have.

5 RepliesI just got a 2nd copy of Destiny so my oldest can play too. She always enjoyed watching me play so when she asked when she was going to get to play it I turned off the xbox1, threw on some shoes, and we went to Game Stop. I can't wait to take her into the VOG for the 1st time.

Awesome! My son is 8 years old also and plays Destiny with me and my friends too. He just hit Light level 323 on his Hunter earlier today. It's cool your son is into the same stuff you enjoy too.
