Thorn nerf... really?
So the most unique primary has been reduced to a legendary weapon, that tick isint even worth using anymore, at this point legendary handcannons will become better simply because any other perk will do. The thorn is annoying but, it has never been op in year 2, it should not have been reduced to a normal handcannon

They might as well just remove the DoT from the gun at this point. There are MUCH better ways to balance thorn than just kill the DoT, but bungo has no idea how to balance guns. Here's how they could have balanced thorn without making it useless. PvP- change thorn intrinsic perk to only proc on headshots. Make the thorn effect lighter so it's easier to see. PvE- increase DoT by 300%, bring to y2 light

Anything that kills people is considered op. So we must use thorn even more after the nerf to make sure people will still think it is op. I shall switch to using sunsinger just to watch everything burn and turn to salt.

Screw that. DoT should never had made it in the game let alone be placed on a weapon...much deserved. It got the nerf it should have had a year ago

4 RepliesRelax they said it's still a year 1 weapon they never said it wouldn't eventually come over. My theory is that they are keeping it in year 1 as a testing bed get balanced and then when its balanced then we might see it come over
