Here's the problem with the April update
We have to wait another week for it. That's the only problem.
It's amazing to me how entitled gamers have become that they're complaining about a FREE update. I, for one, am extremely excited because PoE is my favorite PvE event in Destiny.

Free updated OLD content, reskinned and recycled content and models. What a huge workload they took on to bring us! I mean, it worked for World of Warcraft right? Wait, World of Warcraft is DEAD? Yep, lazy development killed that one too.

10 RepliesIt amazes me that people still refer to it as free when by their own admission Bungie is using the money from micro transactions to pay for it. If you and a friend hire a cab and your friend pays for it that doesn't make it a free cab.

I'm still waiting for a reforge option, even if it's a one-time per weapon perk, reforging was quite useful in HoW.

At the end of the day I could careless what is in the content, it's FREE, we get free weekly loot, I get to use some of my favorite guns. PoE would have been much better if there was not a key system and you just got the chest for completion. I thought that PoE at its core was fun to do, but the loot was not worth the time. As long as they give endgame level gear I will really enjoy this update.

1 ReplyI have another problem: I want to infuse some new gear up, but I don't want to do it before the new update. So I had to run IB with a 294 Hawksaw even though I have 310 fuel for it. Also, hardly anyone is running normal KF until the update, but I can't really blame them, I guess.

Nothing is free in this world, so stop acting like bungie is doing you a favor cuz they are not. I liked destiny just as much as the next fanboy but I honestly cannot believe people are OK with this update, it's mind boggling. I guess when you starve people long enough with content, weak minded thinking people will be happy with anything.

The lack of any new content has made people overly excited for the latest cash grab, arguably the worst year one end game activity gets recycled, with some reskinned stuff thrown in, along with new microtransactions that border on p2w. Sure it will be nice to actually have something to do, but I can see it getting old really quickly once the novelty has worn off.
