Here's the problem with the April update
We have to wait another week for it. That's the only problem.
It's amazing to me how entitled gamers have become that they're complaining about a FREE update. I, for one, am extremely excited because PoE is my favorite PvE event in Destiny.

I even quit smoking (now a little over a month smoke free). We live in times of lazy game development. Face it, it's the age of mobile type games. Developers aren't providing much content anymore. They believe they can reskin and recycle old content and keep people content. Well I'm not content. Thanks for pushing me to find a new hobby!

3 RepliesHere is the problem with the April update: POE with a taken twist Wow! So much new content! I really could care less if it's free content. I would be more then willing to shed out $15, $20, hell even $30 for actual new content. I would love to see the city attacked or more history on earth (besides pvp maps..). More about the cabal and fallen as well. The game can be fun but running the same content both forwards and backwards can be very tedious. Also they picked the absolute worse time to come out with it. April 12th? The day dark souls 3 comes out... Oh and also the day the division has new content dropping. This is all my opinion BUT they need to be dropping something new soon. Key word here... "New"

If you are excited for the recycled PoE then you are one of the very few who enjoyed PoE in year 1.

22 RepliesThe problem is that people are so excited about playing dress-up that they've failed to grasp that there's hardly any new playable content. And no, don't give me any crap about how you hoped that they would bring back PoE. You were either not here for the first PoE - and as an outcome don't know what you are talking about - or need to take off your rose tinted glasses. PoE was a thing that 99 % of the population only played for athe first couple of weeks.

VoG will always be my favorite event, PoE being the third after KF.

1 ReplyI'm just interested in the changes to crucible. I'm not a huge fan of playing a re skinned POE but at least it's better than no content. The crucible changes are gonna be the decider of how much destiny I will play in the future.

Ok. But you have to understand you are definitely in the minority on wanting PoE back. Most people that are PvE oriented couldn't f*ckin stand PoE. Myself included.

I find it ridiculous for anyone to complain, it's an amazing update and it's free. It changes POE but the old one is still there. Some new features are also amazing! Don't see the problem with this update!

You know all the year one content and a huge part of the ttk was on the disk they sold you a year ago right. So considering that's 80 dollars dlc before micro transaction, yeah I'd say we as a community feel some sense of entitlement . especially since this update Is literly all year 1 reskin as taken.

1 ReplyIt's not "free" it was obviously funded by micro-transactions and all the revenue from the DLC and base release, because it's evident the money did not go to updates because the game is still not balanced.
