Bungo update too strong...
Someone help.
-year 1 weapons (not all) coming back including various exotics and legendaries (check out their Instagram to keep up with the exotics)
-y1 legendaries can drop from legendary engrams randomly
-15 new armor sets!?!
-One Spektar set per class (chroma glow armor)
-One Taken set per class
-Three Faction Sets per class (one new set per faction)
-[b]a "set of armor" refers to the collection of a headpiece, arms, torso, and legs (not sure about class item)[/b]
-gear infusion rate is 100%
-infuse a 320 into a 220 and it will turn into a 320
-more vault space (108 vs the current 72)
-praise the gun, Shia, and taken jitter emotes (taken is free once whole taken armor set is collected)
-Chroma glows on weapons are re-rollable for 100 glimmer
-dramatically increased rep gains all around!

For those wondering how Sterling Treasures work:
You get three "sterling treasures" once every reset. One for logging in, one for completing level 41 PoE once, and one for doing the weekly crucible activity once.
The sterling treasure contains two loot pools. One Guaranteed Items pool, and one Possible Items pool.
You are guaranteed 1 item from the first pool, and up to two items from the second.
The first pool contains Taken and Spektar gear. The second contains stuff like chromas, reputation buff consumables, and other stuff.
You can also get sterling treasures from Tess Everis for 200 silver if you don't want to wait until the next week. The gear is at 3 light level so don't worry about it being pay to win.

4 RepliesI wish I could get all pumped about reskinned content. There is nothing [i]new[/i] here. It's all the same stuff you did before, and grinded for before, with new stats/colors. Have fun I guess.

11 RepliesOnly one new set of armor. Faction armor is reskinned. No new story, no new quests, no moving the plot forward other than "hey! Mooooooore taken!!! Glowy armor and guns (we could only afford 4 colors) please come back! "

Focus Fire isn't getting the buff it needs. I'm not that excited, honestly. The few things I WANT updated aren't updated. Many year 2 exotics aren't even out yet, and no word on them. We'll see how it is, but honestly, I've been tired of Taken since day 1, and more Taken doesn't appeal at all. Same with Hive. Give me Cabal already. Give me some more Vex even. Edit: I want to see all content brought up right now. All content in Destiny should be relevant until Destiny 2 comes out. All legendaries and exotics since vanilla should be available and upgradable. The grind should never have been as frustrating as it currently is with trying to infuse gear, rather than just get high level gear. People claim that if we just got the best stuff right away we wouldn't keep playing. I think VoG and Crota refuted that, even though Crota was more a strike than a raid. People played because they had fun and had a chance to get even just materials to buff other gear up or turn to other stuff for various reasons.

Personally I would wish for some more gear to return in year 2, but that's just me. Anyway, looking forward to it. I even took a day off for April 12. You think I am crazy, well, I just have a LOT of vacation days fellas. ;-)

Not to be a stickler, but you can actually get up to 3 items in the possible loot pool when you open a sterling treasure not 2. I'm -blam!-ing pumped for this update though!

I'm so excited! I finally get to make my armor and weapons glow! This is what I always wanted in destiny! Old raids need an update? Pffff, screw that, I've been waiting to make my weapons and armor glow red since day 1.

I think they need to introduce new items as part of the treasure boxes every so often to make it work. Getting three a week, people will have everything on there in no time.

3 RepliesI'm not up to speed all the way yet. We are getting 335 gear from the exact same KF HM? So nothing changes but higher rewards, that's stupid. It's already a cake walk and now we get stronger basically farming the raid. I'm hopeful that I'm misunderstanding and the raid is being updated to a higher difficulty also.
