Shotguns in Crucible
I'm just typing this to get a message to the people who frequently play Crucible (this applies to a lot, not all of the Crucible diehards). You guys that use shotguns and slide to get up close and then do a melee follow up or not even slide into it really need to do something different. You're bitchy ways make it hard to get quests and such done, and I feel that I speak for everyone who is relating to this when I say, go shove your shotguns up your asses and come back with some primaries or a sniper rifle, you PvP ruining bastards.

I love how people are saying that there are WAY too many snipers in crucible. Just play Rumble, go into a Rumble match and I am willing to bet my Scarab Heart that 4/6 people in the match are running around using shotguns as primaries. Absolute AIDS, I'm also willing to bet that 3/6 people will be using Thorn, because why not be a try-hard using the most broken gun in the game. [spoiler]Just my personal experience though, also -blam!- Thorn[/spoiler]

Shotguns can be obnoxious yes, but are not op. I believe anyone can shotgun. By this I mean anyone can pick up a shotgun and trade in a close quarters fight. I believe being a great shotgunner truly means they can avoid the trade, and 1v2 or 1v3 and escape untouched. Anyone can do it, but not anyone can do it right...

Shotguns in games suck.. What are they loaded with? Rock salt? From 2 feet they blast a big ass hole, any farther and you're pissing in the wind.

1 ReplyI am in favor of sniping but you could talk about snipers in that way. Example: stop sitting back and picking off easy kills and try something new like a shotgun. Yeah its not hard, dont be angry that people choose to play other play styles. Its not their job to cater to how you want. You sound like a whiny little female dog. Here's a tip, dont stay scoped in, there is a circle on the top right of the screen that will show you the direction of enemies getting close to you well before they get into shotgun range.

Wow its been awhile since I've seen this bottle of whine....so I'm assuming ppl getting tired of the sniper meta? Back in the days of the shotty meta,this was a commonplace bottle of whine,back when felwinters,and other shotty sliders ruled the crucible. Then the nerf hammer came along and ppl went to a new meta. Old vintage whine OP,I'm letting the aroma of it waft up and enjoying it's bouquet.
