What do you hate the most when it comes to graphics in a game?
Personally I hate pop in. Seeing a tree or building appear in front of me just takes away from the game for me.

Pop in textures... Or worse... Pop in enemies... They came up with a solution back in the 64 bit era (fog) and that was over a decade ago. As for any game with pop in enemies, welcome to getting shot in the back and getting surrounded by the supernatural shit known as that guy who was summoned in the room you just slayed.

Bad art direction. I play Xenoblade Chronicles, where I can run past npcs and trucks before the game can render them, but the scale of the world and the massive draw distance make up for it to me. So long as it doesn't impede gameplay I can manage with most of the 3 listed (aside from super muddy textures which I guess is a factor of bad art direction.) I mean, I play LoZ OoT annually, and it has lots of polygons, muddy textures, and only runs at 20fps, but I still love it.

I just hate out when games go back to 8 bit, we're well past that. As long as the graphics are better than that I don't have a problem with them.

Pop ins can get annoying but it won't determine if I buy the game or not. It also so weird watching older games and comparing it with newer ones. Take GTA 5 and GTA 4. The graphics have just made a huge improvement. I bet 10-20 years from now we will look at the best graphics we had today and say that those suck compared to these

Bad resolution/pop ins. But bad resolution more than pop-ins. For pop ins, in a game like GTA V, you have to be going so fast or so high that you've already broken reality of the game.

Bad models. Characters made out of three polygons can't be saved, no matter how good the textures are.

What I actually hate the most is when games are sold at full price when they are broken and unfinished. Early access is different because you go in expecting an unfinished game
