So crazy thought...
(And correct me if I'm wrong)
Has there ever been an instance of heavy rain at the Tower? I know it rains on Venus, but like a torrential downpour?
If not then I'd like to see that happen...
You know, lightning bolts in the distance, funnel clouds, maybe even fog/snow?

At the tower? No. But if you're out and about fighting yes, this would be pretty cool to have environmental interference.
