Weapon Balance (meant for Bungie; they'll ignore it anyways though, just like they ignore the community.)

Your weapon balance is broken. It consists of only nerfs of whatever your 'interior community' suggests. However, it doesnt consist of any of our suggestions. So here's another list that you'll ignore and blow off as 'whiny and hateful.' I just want the game better, but obviously that'll never happen
Auto Rifles:
-6% bonus to high impact variants.
-8% bonus to medium variants.
-4.5% bonus to fast variants.
-20% worse stability for a few shots. Stability rapidly improves after those few shots.
-No matter what, damage drop will not start until 16m. The range stat affects how quick damage drops after that distance.
Pulse Rifles:
-Precision multiplier increased from 1.5x to 1.6x, so the high impact pulse rifles still 2-burst to the head, but require perfect accuracy.
Scout Rifles:
-Scouts are in a good place right now, and should never see an adjustment for any reason.
Hand Cannons:
-Massive impact hand cannons should receive a 3% damage buff, to let them 2-shot low-armor players at near point blank.
Shotguns:
-Deal 30% more damage in PvP to keep kills more consistent, but range should not change more than it already has.
Fusion Rifles (This is a big one):
-Return the charge rates and the damage to what they were originally. Projectiles should hitscan like most other guns instead of have a velocity, to decrease the amount of shots fired that phase through players (at least visibly.)
-Massively decrease recoil while ADS. The code is broken and does nothing that it was intended to do. The stability stat doesnt matter on FR's (see Telesto Vs. Pocket Infinity Recoil)
-Return their reserves to what they were originally. They never held too much ammo.
-10% slower reload. Most fusion rifles I get reload much too quickly, and its their only redeeming quality.
-Increased spread from the hip, but decreased spread while ADS.
Note: Fusion rifles arent good. They're hardly used. I cant even have fun with them in control, and I always ran fusions. Pocket Infinity WAS OP, but every other fusion wasnt.
Sniper Rifles (PvP only):
-30% less body damage, to decrease the shoot and switch strategy's effectiveness.
-Headshot multiplier changes from 2.5x to 3.5x, to make up for the damage lost.
Sidearms:
-Sidearms should have a decreased magazine of 2 around the board.
-Sidearms should have a perk built in that, if the primary weapon's magazine runs dry, the sidearm is immediately reloaded. That way, players can always use their sidearm as a backup weapon, instead of as a crappy hand cannon.
Rockets (PvP only):
-All rocket launchers only get one rocket. If tripod, heavy ammo perk, surplus, or field scout is in effect, give two rockets per box instead.
These are all the changes that I see necessary. Friends of mine agree with me, chunks of the community that you ignore agree as well. Read this over. Consider it.
