Collapse holding my throat while the guy is confused. If he is sympathetic at all he will feel a little bad for what's happening and will move his mind away from shooting me. If he hasn't stopped already slowly pass out in a calming fit. Lay still and wait for him to either run away because he is afraid of being blamed for what he thinks he just caused or if he tries to loot my not so dead corpse he will be bent down on his knees where I can't grab onto him and get close to his chest where aiming at me will be difficult. From here I can grab his armed arm and struggle with him while I bite his neck open. Paybacks a bitch bitch.
