Gear Manager is missing an 'Everything' view

An 'Everything' view is essential to my happiness

Stop wasting Bungie's time you half-wit

I greatly enjoy the new Gear Manager. The 'Everything Else' view is almost, but not quite the 'Everything' view I'd love to have. Please add the option to hide the per-character tabs and show us everything in the account using the same style as 'Everything Else' view does now.
