For SCIENCE! Farming Three of Coins. In Theory.
This is all [i]theory[/i].
1.)Go to court of oryx in dread patrol
2.)Use ONE ([b] x1 [/b])three of coin
3.)Defeat THREE to FOUR ([b] 3-4 [/b]) tier one bosses ONLY. Powering your buff.
4.)Venture off and patrol a taken corruption.
5.)Defeat a taken zealot/champion
6.)Collect loot, rinse wash repeat
What methods work best for you?

I'm not saying it works since I only used one three of coins, but I did kill around 4-5 Court enemies and my ultra kill gave me an exotic. I'll just leave this here for now

Some people seem to be confused as to what Majors/Ultras are (as in telling them apart and such) so, basically Majors have a yellow health bar, looks exactly like a red but is yellow. An Ultra, on the other hand, is yellow with a skull on the left of the health bar. Hope this helped.

I've posted this in other threads but this works like a champ for me. I average 1 exotic every 5 coins. You pop your ToC right before fighting the boss on each of these. First Ultra Knight. Then Gatelord. Then Draksis. Then Black Garden Spire. Finally back to Ultra Knight.

I just pop one before a boss each strike. That way I can grind strikes for strike-specific drops [i]and[/i] try and get some exotics.

1 Replydon't know if this is a thing but I popped a 3oc a couple of days ago but never got to use it but I got on today did a heroic strike and got a exotic engram this could be something hopefully u guys could test this theory.

So really you have to kill tier one bosses and then do a tier 3. I think this is the best way. I did it yesterday and it worked. A few tier one and two bosses with three of coins active and then did a tier 3 and got an exotic. Btw why do you say tier one only when tier 2 also don't take the particle and are basically the same as tier one but you can do multiple at once and save time in theory
