Im not really sure what i have to do, i beat oryx and completed the quest, i gave Eris the 50 hadium flakes and 50 wormspore and nothing happened after tht. What do i do?

You collect 15 fragments, then Eros gives you a quest of 1 mission. You get 30 fragments, and then Eros gives you another quest of 1 mission, and finally you collect 45 fragments, and then Eros gives you a final quest to kill an echo of oryx. Once you kill him you go to Eros and get ToM

False. You do not kill the echo. You get him to low health and then a wizard will spawn. You must kill the wizard not the echo.

Oh yea that's right, I didn't kill the wizard my friend did. My job was to damage the echo

I solod it and it was very difficult. If I didn't have self Rez it wasn't happening
