I pre-ordered the TTK and received all the downloads. Once I went in to use it I checked my main character and everything was good. I had two lower level characters that I had started but figured with the boost to 25 why grind them up when I could use the main to get weapons and gear ready for them. Anyway I sign-in the first lower and got a ghost, gear and upgrade to level 25. My other lower did not have the spark available and the shader for one year I can not equip. Is the spark for only one character or for every lower character to get them ready for TTK. I thought that Deej stated that if you had a lower level or a new that you would be taken care of. Just need some answers.
